The Motivation
Founded in 2013, “The Motivation” runs its operations at its head office in Noida. We aim at creating an inclusive educational environment by providing Comprehensive, Developmental and Psychological Intervention services to children and adolescents, thereby ensuring that they receive Individualized Psychosocial and Emotional Counselling. We work with a multidisciplinary team constituting Counselling Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Special Educators, Occupational Therapist, Language and Communication Therapist and Play therapists who are adept in detecting and diagnosing variety of developmental conditions like ADHD, Mild Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia or Dyscalculia, Mild Intellectual Dysfunction, delayed milestones and language and communication delay.
To ensure the emotional and social well-being of children, we also conduct various programs on mental health and counselling in collaboration with Schools. Currently we have collaborated with school in Noida and one of the Rajasthan’s top Boarding Schools. The Counsellors use various techniques like, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Anger Management, and Behaviour Therapy etc that tackle a wide range of problems in an individual or a group setting. Life Skills counselling is also integrated part of our school program.

About the Founder
Ms. Shivanie Kapoor, has an experience of over 14 years. A veteran in the field, she has worked as a Special Educator and a Child and Adolescent Counsellor and has a certificate in Learning Disabilities from the University of Roehampton, London apart from other certifications. Her experience inconducting workshops, seminars and conferences for Teachers and Parents enable them to identify developmental problems at an early stage and tackle them effectively. With the help of her team, she has counselled over 1000 children and trained over 500 teachers. Kothari International School, Noida, The Sagar School, Tijara and The Raghav Global School are a few premier institutions where she has had the opportunity to work.
Owing to her prolific experience, she has an authentic insight into the roles and responsibilities of an educator and counsellor. Her areas of interest include, researching and developing learning and teaching strategies for institutions. She has a profound experience in Early Intervention and has worked extensively on Language and Behaviour therapy in young children. She also works as a Life Skill Coach and provides counseling to children of all age groups.
